Early Conference Refunds

Cancellations/withdrawals made by or before March 30, 2018, will not be charged any processing fees.

Ways to withdraw:

  • Online. Login into your account and withdraw from the conference (or options)
  • By phone: Call our registration office during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MT) at 801-422-8925 or toll free at 1-877-221-6716.
  • By email: Send a cancellation/withdrawal request to womens_conference@byu.edu

Payments made by credit card will be credited back to the card account; participants who have paid by check or cash will receive a mailed refund check.

Late Refunds - Between March 30 and April 13, 2018

Refunds requested between March 30 and April 13 will not be assessed any processing fees.

Refund requests must be received between Friday, March 30 and Friday, April 13, 2018 and must be sent in writing to:

  • Written request with receipt/namebadge-must be postmarked on or before April 13, 2018
  • Refund request will be processed AFTER we receive your receipt with name badge attached

If you have not yet received your name badge in the mail, please send your written request (mail or email) before the deadline above, and return the name badge when it is received. The refund will be processed after the name badge is returned. Faxes or copies of the name badge will not be accepted.

Late Refunds - Between April 14 and April 27, 2018

Refund requests made between April 14, 2018 and April 27, 2018 will be assessed a $15 processing fee.

Any refund requests made between April 14, 2018 and April 27, 2018, must be sent in writing to:

Housing Refunds 

Cancellations/withdrawals made by or before April 13, 2018, will not be charged any processing fees. Requests for housing refunds must be received no later than April 20, 2018.  Any requests received after April 13 through April 20, 2018, will be charged a $20 processing fee for campus housing or a $75 fee for Wyview Park housing.

Conference housing refund requests postmarked or received after April 20, 2018 will not be considered.
