If you register on or before April 11, 2025, your name badge will be mailed to you. If you register after April 11, your badge will be at Will Call for you to pick up at the conference.
Programs will not be mailed but will be available on our website mid-February 2025. They will also be available to pick up at the conference along with name badge holders.

Conference content is planned for women who are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; however, those of all faiths are welcome to attend. The minimum age of attendance is 16 and older.

We will not have any sessions or translations in other languages this year.

Yes. The conference will be held on the BYU campus.
Selected sessions of the conference will be audio or video recorded for later viewing on BYU Continuing Education's InspirED Media Library.
There will be no digital/online conference in 2025.
Registration and Refunds
Registration for the 2025 conference and housing is now open.

If you register on or before April 11, 2025, your name badge will be mailed to you. If you register after April 11, your badge will be at Will Call for you to pick up at the conference. If you haven't received your name badge by April 23, 2025, please call our office at 801-422-7692 to verify your registration.

Yes, you can find the link for information on Tuition Waivers on our Registration page. The deadline to apply is March 31, 2025.
Yes, there is no deferred payment plan. Our system is not able to accommodate partial payments. If you register and then apply for and are granted a tuition waiver, you will receive a full refund.

I collected the money from my friends and used my credit card.
If you paid by credit card, the entire refund will go back to that credit card (minus any processing fees), and you will be responsible to refund your friends’ fees individually.
Your name badge is your pass to the conference and evening activities! If you happen to lose or forget it, don’t worry—you can get a replacement for just $3 at the BYU Women’s Conference information desk, located in either the Marriott Center or the Wilkinson Student Center (with registration verification). Please note that duplicate name badges will not be mailed.
BYU discounts for faculty and staff is about 10%, which follows university policy. Some departments offer to cover the fees for their BYU faculty, administrator, or staff who would like to attend. Speak to your director or dean for clarification on your department's policy.
Current BYU students may register at a discounted rate. Unfortunately, there are no discounts available for students from another campus or for CES employees.
We appreciate your understanding regarding our name badge policy. Your name badge confirms your registration and is nontransferable to ensure we can accurately account for all 12,000+ participants at the conference.
If you cannot attend, please request a refund by the deadline (processing fees apply). If you would like to purchase a name badge for someone else, please register them under their own name.
Unfortunately, there are no discounts available.
On-campus housing can be added as an option during the registration process. Details about all our housing options are available under our Housing page.

Housing registration is open through April 11, 2025. Be sure your roommate and/or entire group registers BEFORE the April 11, 2025, deadline.
Listing someone as a roommate does NOT register them for housing or save them a housing spot. There may be walk-on housing based on availability; there is no men's housing available.
Cougar Cash cards (a.k.a. Signature Cards) are no longer available through BYU Women’s Conference.
Yes, we have several on-campus housing rooms that are accessible for individuals in wheelchairs. Due to the limited availability of these rooms, we can guarantee ADA accommodation (e.g., first floor, close to a bathroom) for the special-needs participant and their roommate.
To ensure we can meet your needs, please request this accommodation as soon as possible and include your accessibility request in the housing section of your registration. Also visit the Accessibility section on our Event page.
Tuition waivers cover the cost of conference tuition only and do not include housing, travel, food, or other expenses. You can submit tuition waivers until March 31, 2025. To ensure you have a reserved space in housing, please register and pay in full for both the conference and housing. If your tuition waiver is approved, we will refund your conference fee.
If you sign up for on-campus housing, BYU Continuing Education will email your room assignment by April 23, 2025, including information on where to check in when you arrive on campus. If you don’t receive the email on April 23, please call 801-422-7692.
Unfortunately, we do not maintain a waiting list for campus housing. However, you can regularly check the website for any openings due to cancellations. If a spot becomes available, you are welcome to register for it. If you have already registered for the conference and wish to add housing, simply log back into your registration account to update your details and make the payment.
Please note that all housing requests, including group and roommate requests, must be submitted by April 11, 2025. On-site/walk-on housing will be based on availability and will not be available until Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
Provo is located in Utah Valley, 45 minutes south of Salt Lake City. Information on the area is available at utahvalley.com.
Service and Evening Activities
The 2025 projects will be announced on our Serve page and will be available in our service learning rooms on Thursday and Friday during the conference.
Information on the Deseret Book Evening Concert will be posted in early March.
All conference activities, including the concert, are open to registered conference participants. Your name badge is your ticket.
Broadcasts and Transcripts
The 2025 conference will be an in-person conference; however, selected sessions will be recorded for later viewing on our BYU Continuing Education InspirED Media Library.
More information will be posted on our website and our social media accounts as information becomes available. The called-leaders sessions will be recorded and made available on BYUtv, inspired.byu.edu, the WC YouTube channel, and various Church platforms after the conference.

- You can enjoy wonderful sessions in the Marriott Center each day.
- You can stay in the BYU Conference Center and select from two live sessions and three sessions broadcast in from other venues (sessions TBA).
- You could come with a relative or friend who can help you move from venue to venue.
- You could take the courtesy shuttles to reduce the distance you have to walk.
- Provo has several places that provide wheelchair rentals.
- We provide one wheelchair-accessible courtesy shuttle.

Some participants prefer to dress up and wear dresses or skirts and blouses. Others prefer to be casual and wear jeans or slacks. The choice is yours as long as you are within BYU dress standards. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended.
Spring weather in Utah is unpredictable. The average high temperature in early May is 65–70°F; the average low is 40°F. Come prepared for changing weather and varying indoor room temperatures.
