Need a place to stay during the conference?

This page offers information about on-campus housing options in Heritage Halls and Helaman Halls.

On-Campus Housing Prices

Campus housing is $145 per person; this price provides housing for three nights (double occupancy), from Wednesday, April 30, after noon (12:00 p.m.) through Saturday, May 3, at 9:00 a.m.

To add housing, you must be registered for the conference. Please note that housing is available at a single price, and we do not offer options for separate dates.

Housing registration is open through Wednesday, April 11, 2025.

Be sure your roommate and/or entire group registers BEFORE the April 11, 2025 deadline. Listing someone as a roommate does NOT register them for housing or save them a housing spot. There may be walk-on housing based on availability; there is no men's housing available.

Types of Campus Housing

    • no mini refrigerator
    • may link up to 6 people together

  • Women’s housing units in Heritage Halls will be filled to capacity (2 people per room) and may include women from multiple groups (i.e., a group of four and group of two will be combined in a 6-bed unit).

HELAMAN HALLS

  • Small mini refrigerators are available in Helaman Halls.
  • Helaman Halls does not have group housing, but you may request a roommate. Our system does not allow us to make any exceptions to this policy. We encourage you to stay at a local motel or hotel if you want adjoining rooms for a group.

Off-Campus Housing

Many BYU Women's Conference participants stay with family or friends. You might consider purchasing a program registration for your hostess to show appreciation for her hospitality.

Check area hotels and motels from utahvalley.com.

If you are bringing an RV, we encourage you to stay in local RV campgrounds. While it is not encouraged, RVs are allowed in lot 37 north of the Indoor Practice Facility (see map in the program booklet posted online in mid March). Recreational vehicle parking is restricted (both day and night) to this lot. RV parking is available ONLY for completely self-contained RVs. RV parking is permitted beginning Wednesday, April 30, on a first-come, first-served basis. RVs must vacate the lot by 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

This area is a parking lot for RVs and cars only; there are no restrooms, showers, hookups, or dumpsites. Restrooms and showers in the Richards Building, Smith Fieldhouse, and student housing areas may not be used by participants staying in RVs. Please do not bring pets onto campus property. In using the RV area, keep it free of litter; assure that your vehicle does not leak; keep awnings contained so traffic is not impeded; make sure not to attach anything to structures, fixtures, or surfaces; and keep RVs in stalls as much as possible. Courtesy shuttle vans run between this parking area and the main campus during BYU Women's Conference.
