The 2017 BYU Women’s Conference will be held on Thursday, May 4, and Friday, May 5.
Women and men age 16 and older may register for the conference. Logistical and safety constraints on campus do not allow us to accommodate nursing infants and young children in any conference session (this includes the Marriott Center, residence halls, and all Thursday evening activities).
There are four convenient ways to register:

Online and phone payments must be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Early registration is recommended to avoid lines on the days of the conference.

HOUSING NOTE: If registering for Heritage/Helaman Halls, the deadline to request roommates or link groups (up to six people) is April 7. Late housing registrants (April 2–15) will be placed in available spaces (Heritage/Helaman Halls) and will not be linked to roommates or groups.
After April 15 all remaining housing spaces will be available for on-site purchase beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3 at the Cannon Center.

If you registered before March 31 and have not received your conference materials by April 21, please call our office at 801-422-7692 to verify your registration.
If you register for the conference before March 31, your name badge/receipt and program will be mailed to you in early April.
Name badge/receipts and programs for registrations completed after March 31 will be held in Will Call and will need to be picked up before or at the conference (see schedule above).
Name badge holders will be available upon arrival at the conference.
The program will also be posted electronically on our Program page in early March.
Cancellations/withdrawals made by or before March 31, 2017, will not be charged any processing fees. You can complete your cancellation/withdrawal:
Payments made by credit card will be credited back to the payer's account; participants who have paid by check or cash will receive their refund in the mail.
All late refund requests must be received by April 28, 2017. Refunds processed between March 31 and April 28, 2017 will be made minus a $10 processing fee. Requests received after April 28, 2017 will not be considered. Housing refunds dates are different than conference refund dates. Please see Housing Refunds for more information.

Cancellations/withdrawals made by or before March 31, 2017, will not be charged any processing fees. Request for housing refunds must be received no later than April 21, 2017. Any requests received after March 31 through April 21, 2017, will be charged $15 processing fee for campus housing or a $50 fee for Wyview housing. No housing refund requests will be considered after April 21, 2017.
A limited number of tuition waivers are available for those who desire to attend the conference but are financially unable to do so. Waivers cover tuition for the two-day conference only and do not cover travel, housing, food, child care, etc.
Applications can be requested by calling 801-422-7692 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Submission deadline is March 31, 2017. Tuition waiver recipients will be notified by email after April 7, 2017.
