Information
Women and men ages 16 and older may register for the on-campus conference. Please be aware that logistical and safety constraints on campus do not allow us to accommodate infants and young children in any conference session (this includes the Marriott Center, residence halls, and all Thursday evening activities). See Infants and Children for further clarification.
If you register on or before April 10, 2026, your name badge will be mailed to you.
Programs will not be mailed but will be accessible on our website in mid-March 2025. Attendees can also pick up a program at the conference, along with a name badge holder.
At the Door registration: Information will be posted in March 2026.

Tuition Waiver Application
Deadline: March 31, 2025
A limited number of tuition waivers are available for those who desire to register for the conference but are financially unable to do so. You can request an application by emailing womens_conference@byu.edu. Please be aware that the deadline is March 31 for the 2025 conference. Waivers cover tuition for the conference only and do not cover travel, housing, food, child care, etc. Tuition waiver recipients will be notified by email within 7–10 days after their completed application is received.

Conference Refunds on or before March 31, 2025
Cancellations or withdrawals made by 11:59 p.m. (MDT) on March 31, 2025 will not be charged any processing fees. April 1–25, 2025 the processing fees are $10 (for Wednesday or Thursday evening), $20 (for Thursday or Friday or for Wednesday+Thursday evenings), and $30 (for Thursday+Friday or Wed+Thursday+Friday).
Withdraw
Log in to your account and withdraw from the conference (or housing). Payments made by credit card will be credited back to the card account (available through March 31, 2025).
Late Conference Refunds
Refund Requests for Name Badges (April 1–25, 2025)
Name badges have been mailed. To request a refund (processing fees apply), follow the instructions on the back of your name badge sheet.
Email ce-wcrefund@byu.edu with your refund request. Be sure to attach a picture of your name badge with REFUND written across it in ink.
If your name badge hasn’t arrived yet, send your refund request first to the email above, and then email the photo once the badge arrives. We must have both to process your refund. A refund to a bank/credit card can take 7-21 working days depending on your bank.
Last Day to Request a Refund
April 25, 2025 is the last day to request a refund. Please note that we are not able to accept conference refund requests postmarked or emailed after April 25, 2025. No refund requests will be accepted on or after April 26, 2025.
