*New in 2025 are our Thursday Evening Passes! Passes include the Thursday closing keynote session, evening concurrent sessions, and the Deseret Book Concert. Details will be posted on our social media channels in the coming months.

Information

Women and men ages 16 and older may register for the on-campus conference. Please be aware that logistical and safety constraints on campus do not allow us to accommodate infants and young children in any conference session (this includes the Marriott Center, residence halls, and all Thursday evening activities). See Infants and Children for further clarification.

If you register on or before April 11, 2025, your name badge will be mailed to you. If you register between April 11–25, 2025, your badge will be at Will Call for you to pick up at the conference.

Programs will not be mailed but will be accessible on our website in mid-March 2025. Attendees can also collect programs at the conference, along with name badge holders.

At the Door registration: information is coming soon.

Will-Call will be at the BYU Harman Building beginning Monday, April 28, 2025, and at the Marriott Center northwest entrance on the days of the conference. More information will be posted in the months prior to the conference.

 

Tuition Waiver Application

Deadline: March 31, 2025
A limited number of tuition waivers are available for those who desire to register for the conference but are financially unable to do so. You can request an application by emailing womens_conference@byu.edu. Please be aware that the deadline is March 31 for the 2025 conference. Waivers cover tuition for the conference only and do not cover travel, housing, food, child care, etc. Tuition waiver recipients will be notified by email within 7–10 days after their completed application is received.

Conference Refunds on or before March 31, 2025

Cancellations or withdrawals made by 11:59 p.m. (MDT) on March 31, 2025 will not be charged any processing fees. On or after March 31, 2025 until April 25, 2025 the processing fees are $10 (for Wednesday), $20 (for Thursday or Friday or for Wednesday and Thursday evenings), and $30 (for multi-days).

  • Withdraw
    Log in to your account and withdraw from the conference (or housing). Payments made by credit card will be credited back to the card account.
  • Late Conference Refunds
    April 1–25, 2025 Please email the office at womens_conference@byu.edu to request a refund (processing fees will apply)
  • Last Day to Request a Refund
    April 25, 2025 is the last day to request a refund. Please note that we will not accept conference refund requests postmarked or emailed after April 25, 2025. No exceptions.
  • Housing Refund
    NOTE: Housing refund dates are different from conference refund dates. For housing refund information, please visit the Housing page.
