Shuttle for 10:45 a.m. campus session presenters
If you plan to attend the opening session at the Marriott Center and are speaking on campus in a 10:45 a.m. session, we will provide a shuttle to get you and one guest to your session on time.
AV Requests

You are not required to use audio-visual elements or powerpoint, but if you do it is helpful for us to know your plans to help coordinate AV assistance. All of our campus session rooms have a projector and screen and HDMI connection to your computer for audio and video.

Please note that if you use any Apple products, you must bring your own USB-C (input)—or whatever generation connector your Apple product uses—to HDMI (receiver) adapter for your laptops/tablet/iPhone to connect to the system. We encourage you to use MFi certified adapters (Apple) as many off brand adapters may not work.

Marriott Center Session Format
AV Check

On the day you present you may do a morning AV check with the room supervisor for your session room. Please select if you would like to reserve an AV check time. We will do our best to give you your preferred time, but preference will be given in order of completion of this form. You will not have time to run through your entire talk, this is just a chance to check the connections for your AV. If you and your partner are sharing AV, please request the same time.
